Located on the top of isles Bay Isles, this villa was once the home away from home to many very famous recording artists and musicians of the time, such as Elton John!
With over 2,800 sq. ft of covered living area there is ample room to move around and be inspired by all Montserrat has to offer! The large living room and dining room area opens up to a large covered exterior patio with spectacular views and sounds of the Caribbean sea below. Peace, tranquillity and calm await you at Vista. Isles Bay beach and beach bar is only 15 minutes walk.
The main villa can be rented as a very spacious 1, 2, 3 or 4 bedroom private unit. Three (3) of the bedrooms have a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The 4th bedroom has bunk beds. Oceanview from every room.

The villa is rented privately for parties of 2 to 8 guests.

Weekly pricing is based on one bedroom with maximum double occupancy. Please add US$750/wk per additional bedroom required for your stay (double occupancy per bedroom; maximum 8 people in the villa). Includes utilities and maintenance fees. Pricing does not include 10% taxes, cleaning service (US$75/wk per bedroom) or US$750 security deposit. The villa is cleaned once a week, pool twice a week, and yard once a month.
* Pricing is based on double occupancy only. Utility deposit is required for long term stay. 3+ month renters are responsible for all utilities and maintenance including gas, electrical and water usage, yard, cleaning, wi-fi, as well as pool and pool chlorine and chemicals.
